Little Hands Project

Our project is targeting to assist less privileged school children of workforce staff in Sri Lanka. Our 1st initiative is targeting to raise Sri Lankan Rupees 1,000,000 (One Million Rupees) to take care of 100 school children among them. We have allocated Rs. 10,000 per child to meet their educational needs. The entire project will be coming in 4 main phases and during the 1st phase we understood that the project needs to get the attention of the industry sectors.

We are giving with what they badly required for the children of workforce community related to their studies & sport activities. We are analysing their needs once they nominated for the project through their employers.

Quality Facility To Work Ⓛ is the Sri Lanka's 1st ever Facilities Management Trust Building Platform for Quality Facility. It is a program to create quality physical environment at workplaces. Ultimate goal of this program is to guide workplaces to achieve ISO 41001:2018 which specifies the requirements for a facility management (FM) system to ensure conformity of an organizations FM operation in an effective and efficient manner in supporting the demand core business. The platform is working with number of local and global partners to streamline the industry standards of facilities management in Sri Lanka with the global best practices.

This platform overlooks number of facilities management workforce staff and we have come up with an idea of Quality Facility For All (QFFA) community development concept to upgrade their livelihoods.

The technology arm of the concept is eCeylon Solution and they are the managing body of the entire concept initiated by the Quality Facility To Work Ⓛ platform. We also as a Business platform initiated to contribute Rs.100 from each & every sales transaction towards the Little Hands project to be an example to the community and paying some respect to our workforce community.

We are targeting to achieve the targeted project amount within 3 months period and projecting to complete the entire project after 4 months’ time.

• 1st month will be more into making some awareness of the project among the community.

• 2nd month we will be collecting the nominees to be receive those donations. We will be initially considering the Western province companies workforce and the nominations only be taken through the management of the particular facility service providing company.

• 3rd month we will be analysing the requirement raised by the nominees and prepare the final list of 100 nominees to be received the donations and will allocate to distribute the items to the respective children.
