Roshaan Ranasinghe is the founder of Tribefunds. He has over a decade of experience in investment research and financial advisory services including business valuations, company amalgamations, company restructuring, formulating business plans and information memorandums as well as performing industry analysis.

Roshaan started his career at PwC, UK as a chartered accountant in the audit and business advisory services division. He then worked with British Telecom, UK prior to returning to Sri Lanka in late 2003. After working in treasury operations at National Development Bank, a leading local bank, he entered the world of investment research upon joining Amba Research in 2005. He co-founded Gradient Alliance in 2008 to provide much-needed business and corporate finance services to the local market. He is a graduate in Finance from the University of Aston, UK and has completed all stages of CFA and CIMA.
