Navia Life Care is an India-based health technology company that is building an "Alexa/Siri for doctors", i.e. a voice-enabled virtual assistant for doctors.
It is aiming to improve patient care and outcomes by offering a B2B SaaS product to healthcare providers to automate their processes and digitize patient health records. The products aims to solve two key problems in the industry
1. Poor OPD Efficiency leading to poor patient experience and a stressed ecosystem
2. Lack of digital patient records leading to poor clinical outcomes and higher medication errors
Navia’s key features include OPD efficiency/front desk automation and smart EMR. The asset light, AI and deep learning powered platform is likely to reduce per patient time by up to 80% and also to increase patient retention by about 20%.
Current products in the OPD market are highly priced and require additional investment while existing EMRs/digital Rx products are either pen and paper solutions that scan prescription or are typing oriented which is a behavior change for the doctors. Thus there is a need for easy to use, asset light products, which can integrate with the existing ecosystem seamlessly.
